The Morning offers different ceremonies, cacao circles and day retreats that centers around the ancient tradition of the ritual.

Mindful exercises, meditation, breathing, drinking ceremonial cacao, sound bath, and a nourishing brunch aim to provide guidance, grounding, and connection with yourself, nature and the ones around you in an ever-changing world.

what can you expect?

Our sacred ceremonies & cacao circles know a changing structure and thematic. Each Morning is a 4,5 hour experience and you will be guided by Chantalle & Edwin.

Most of the aspects of the ritual are created for you to take home and integrate into your daily rhythm.

After 3,5 hours of conscious exercises, all senses will be open. This makes eating a nourishing organic meal an extra pleasing, deep, and attentive reward. More so, by consuming your meal and starting your day consciously, you help your body to absorb nutrients. We also serve wild fermented juices, herbal waters and hot drinks; our own chai blend. Lastly, as the food is based on the prevailing season, you both serve the local food production of our local farmer, as well as your physical needs.
