RESERVATIONS


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and online payment only using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX). We are unable to process checks.


What is the price per person for The Morning Breakfast, and what is included in that price?

Tickets are €139 EUR p.p. (includes tax and a ticketing service fee), Tickets include welcome beverages, a talk, opening ceremony, an amazing venue and a four-course family-style seated brunch with herbal waters, tea, juices and wines. All ticket prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise noted.


What is the price per person for The Morning Circle, and what is included in that price?

Tickets are between €55 / €110 EUR p.p. (includes sales tax and a ticketing service fee). Tickets include welcome beverage, 4 till 7 hour ceremony with ceremonial cacao, meditation, movement, sound journey, sharing, journaling, mantra’s, breathing, a beautiful venue and a freshly prepared brunch of nourishing organic food with homemade herbal brews, chai blend, fresh juices, tea’s and water. All ticket prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise noted.


What if I have tickets but I can’t attend the event, gatherings or ceremonies?

Due to the nature of our events, gatherings or ceremonies, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information via email: info@themorning.nl . Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in. You can also try to sell your spots via your own instagram stories and tag @themorningcircle or @themorningbreakfast in it. We can then repost your story; guests often look there for last-minute spots. Please keep in mind that transferring funds is your responsibility.


Is there a waitlist for sold-out events, gatherings or ceremonies?

Because tickets are non-refundable, it is very unlikely that tickets will become available for sold-out events, gatherings or ceremonies. However, you may contact us at our email within one week of the event to see if any spots have opened up.


 

Events, gatherings & ceremonies


What if an event, gatherings or ceremonie is postponed?

In the case of an event, gatherings or ceremony being postponed due to circumstances beyond The Morning’s control, The Morning will reschedule said event/gathering/ceremony and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date. No monetary refunds will be issued. If a guest is unable to attend the rescheduled event/gathering/ceremony, The Morning will issue a credit for the original purchase amount, for the guest to use toward another The Morning event/gathering/ceremony of their choice.


What should I wear to an The Morning breakfast event?

Our gatherings take place on all sorts terrain – in the fields of working farms or in warehouses and indoors. Please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable shoes. It often gets chilly in the morning (even on a warm day) so please come prepared with a jacket or blankets to keep you comfortable. We anticipate many beautiful sunny days this season and recommend you bring a hat or sunglasses as needed. Guests tend to dress up a little for our gatherings, but jeans and casual attire are not out of place.


Do you allow dogs at the events, gatherings or ceremonies?

Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed at our events/gatherings/ceremonies.


Can you accommodate children at the events, gatherings or ceremonies?

Our indoor and outdoor gatherings experience is intended for adults. Due to the length of the event/gathering, the family-style service, and out of respect for all guests, we ask that you do not bring your children.


What if it rains?

If it rains, we will find shelter for the table. We always have a plan B, if the event is outdoors.


Will I be able to see a copy of the menu before I arrive at the breakfast?

The menu is revealed at the table. Our chefs design the menu in the weeks or days leading up to the event, based on the freshest possible ingredients from the farm or locale market. We like to keep the meal hyper-seasonal, artistic, and spontaneous!


Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Our events are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters! Due to the nature of a shared meal, we are only able to accommodate limited dietary requests. for example; celiac allergies. If you have other dietary limitations, please email us in advance of your event.


What can I expect at The Morning breakfast event?

Events are typically 4 hours in length. This includes a welcome beverage, an event site, an opening ceremony, a speaker and a four course meal with drinks and wines at the table. We collaborate with celebrated local artists, musicians, farmers and food producers. Food is served family-style with carefully chosen tea’s, local wines and fruit juices. At the table, you’ll have the chance to share a meal and mingle with the artist, musicians, farmers, food producers, artisans and like-minded people at the event.

Do you host private events?

Yes we do! We host private events, gatherings or ceremonies all over the Netherlands. Click here for more information on booking a private event with us.


When will I receive directions to the location and other important information about the event?

You will receive an email from us about two days prior to your event with directions to the event location, finalized event details, and helpful hints on what to wear and what to bring. Once you’ve made a reservation, make sure you allow emails from info@themorning.nl in your spam settings so you don’t miss any further communication.
