Shipping policy
Once you have purchased ceremonial cacao we will ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Orders submitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Our Ceremonial Cacao is shipped in a box. Please store them in dry and cool environment. The cacao has a long shelf life. The cacao comes in Biodegradable Eco-Packaging from Naturapack. We care for the environment and reduce our foodprint to the absolute minimum wherever we can. The packaging costs are 8x higher than conventional plastic packaging, this is why we charge a slightly higher fee for the delivery service. All shipments include eco packaging costs. We feel the urge to invest in conscious packaging. We care about ourselves, you and the planet!
DELIVERY
Although The Morning will process all orders with the greatest care and attention, the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays and customers receive a track&trace code from our shipping partner in their email. The Morning cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time frame indicated.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping conditions are shown at the checkout and the shipping costs will be automatically added in the checkout. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred for shipping items to your destination country (if you're outside the Netherlands) Please research that before ordering so you can be prepared.
DELIVERY zones
We ship throughout Europe, The Netherlands, also the Dutch Wadden Islands.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders can be expected in the morning until the evening. Please make sure someone is home to accept the delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
When we ship your order, you will receive a track and trace information by e-mail. Information available in the tracking process once it reaches your region will vary depending on the carrier.
Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We make freshly made food with a limited expiring date, it will not be possible to return any of The Morning event tickets or Ceremonial Cacao.
